The bridesmaids, Misses Eleauor Dyer (Wellington), Miriam Piercy (Pahiatua), and Myrtle Dyer (New Plymouth), wore pink crepe satin frocks, cut on classical lines and, large crinoline hats simply trimmed with;velvet ribbon. They wore pink lace mittens to tone with their frocks, and also wore triple pink pearls, the gift of the bridegroom. They carried bouquets of pink roses and blue delphiniums. Mr. Prank Eobertson was best man, and Messrs. Andrew Sandholme and Philip Churcher groomsmen. A. reception and dauce, at which about 150 guests were entertained, was held at the Pharmacy Hall, Cambridge Terrace. Mrs. Dyer, assisted by Mrs. Logan, received the guests, and wore a smart black satin frock relieved with parchment lace, a black hat with osprey trimming, and carried a posy of red toscs. Mrs. Logan was attired in a model frock of black marietto and lace, with a black hat, and carried a posy of flame-coloured flowers. The bride and bridegroom left for a motor tour of the North Island, the brido wearing a Lido blue crinkled crepe frock and. matching coat, trimmed with a grey squirrel tie.
