CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS
PAHIATUA, 10th February. The Pahiatua Show was held to-day in fine though windy weather. The takings were greater than those of last year.
Championship awards are as followsJerseys, Griffiths Bros.. (Weraroa) • reserves, Bomueys, J. Murray (Woodpile), F. W. Blatchford (WoodVille); Southdown ram, D. O'Brien (Pahiatua), A. W. Bissett; reserves, Gordon McLeod (Martinborough); hack, J. J. Waller (Awapuni); dog trial competitions, B. J. Wiffen (Dannevirko)j.standing chop, H. Berkahn (Makotuku); open, hunters, Mrs. H. Scales (Whakaraki); maiden hunters, Eric Olser (Pahiatua).
