PONEKE FOOTBALL CLUB
Early in. tho coming Rugby football season the fiftieth anniversary. of the Poneko Football Club is to be celebrated. Various functions in. keeping with the memorable occasion are being arranged between 6th and 10th May. Special efforts are being made to have as big a muster as possible of all past and present members of the club, and already the indications aro that the response will be such as to furnish striking evidence of the great part played by Poneko ia New Zealand's national game.
