GENEVA, 10th February.' Mr. Matsuoka "conveyed Japan's last word to the League of Nations. The statement rejected the Committee "of Nineteen's . resolution refusing to recognise Manchukuo. He added that the decision did not necessarily mean Japan's withdrawal from the League of Nations.
