THREE OF CREW DROWNED

I TOKIO, 9th February. A flying-boat, built by Short Brothers of Rochester, the largest in the Japan- i ese Navy, while practising night fly- , ing at the entrance to ' Tokio Bay, j plunged into the ocean. Seven of the crew were saved, but three were drowned, including the lieu-tenant-commander, wiio was acting as pilot. Divers are searching for the wreck.
