SENORITA'S INJURIES
According to a Te Jtapa report, S^ehorita is making a very- slow recovery from the injury she'received; through being jammed, on the rails during- the running, of the Queen's Plate on the first' day of the reqeni;; "Auckland Meeting. Her ■'. trainer, J.; F., Tutchen, has spent a lot of time on.her in an endeavour to get her Teady for; racing again, but it would seem that site' will have to go put for a lengthy spell. . ' "•.-■.'
King. Ford has only recently been taken up again by'Tutchen, and although he has been nominated for the Takapuna Meeting ,it is doubtful whether, he can be got ready by then. In any case, he will probably need a race or two before being seen at his best. He is very partial to soft tracks and should perform prominently "when he gets the conditions to suit him; .-''..' ■■■-..■
