WIN-AND-PLACE SYSTEM
ADOPTION AT NAPIER PARK
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIEE, This Day. The Napier Park Eacing Club, which is holding a. meeting on. 28tb January as a portion of the reopening of the Napier celebratious, has decided to adopt tho win-and-place system of investments on the totalisator. The committee received over a hundred noniinations, which augurs well for a successful meeting.
