1 MOSCOW, 14th January. In pursuance of its intention to purge the Five-Year Plan of half-heart-ed uartieipants, the Central Committee of the Soviet has expelled the Food Minister, M. Eismont, and an exminister, M. Tolmuehoff, for obstructing the plan an^ coquetting with rich peasants. . .

It has also publicly censured tho Postal Minister, M. Rykoff. Owing to the spread of doubts in the Red Army, hordes of speakers have been let loose to tell the soldiers that ths plan is succeeding despito those who are obstructing it.
