DISMISSED SALESMAN
In a reserved judgment, delivered at the Magistrate's Court to-day, .Mr. E. Page, S.M., gave judgment in favour of Scott Gaudy Ltd., defendants in an action in which, Lawrence. S. Gaudy, a salesman employed by the firm from March, 1.030,: until February, 1032, claimed £115 13s 2d for arrears of salary and expenses, and £208 as damages for wrongful dismissal. A cross-action was brought by the h'rmin connection with a car, the possession of which Gandy failed to deliver to them until a writ to recover it' had been served on him. In this action the Magistrate awarded Messrs. Scott Gandy Ltd., £15 damages. Costs amounting to £40 3s 2d were awarded against Lawrence S. Gandy. _.
