WELLINGTON ROSE SHOW
Record entries have been received for the AVellington Rose Show, to be held in the Town Eall to-morrow. Displays of modern hydrangeas are being made by Messrs. T. Wniigh and Son and C. F. Piiehev and Son (100 square feet each), and Messrs. J. N. Anderson and Son, Napier, will have the same space. Alpines, etc., will, be shown by Messrs. Evans and Sawyer, and roses by Mr. A. McMillan. The Pioneer Club will stage its usual fine exhibit, ' and Mrs. Charles Haines's; novelties are always a centre of interest. Altogether the show promises to be one of; the best yet held. The hall will be open from 2 p.m.. and the official opening by. the Mayor will take placeat i3-p.m« ' ■ ' ~
