DRY IN DUNEDIN
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") DtnSTEDIN, This Day. Since the end of August the sun "has shone almost every day in Dunedin. with the result that the spring has been.a very dry one, in fact the driest for twenty years or more. Several parts of the country are badly in need of rain, and the city itself could also do with a little moisture. The continued dry weather has reduced the quantity of water stored in the reservoirs, and the City Corporation has found it necessary "to prohibit the use of hoses, inspectors being instructed to prosecute in all cases detected.
