MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Cases at the Magistrate's Court --were dealt -vvitli to-day by Mr. E. Page, B.M. Patrick Darcy, a labourer, aged 40,-was fined 10s for his second offence of drunkenness. He was also fined. 10s for a breach of a prohibition order. Default of payment was fixed at seven days' imprisonment. A remand for one week was granted in the case of Leslie Cecil McCarthy/a labourer, aged 32, who was charged with stealing a bicycle and converting a motorcar to his own use.
