Two full days had been spent in hearing legal argument in the Court of Appeal when decision was reserved on Tuesday afternoon in the case of George Langley jeweller, of Napier, against Dehnonte and Patience, Ltd., diamond importers, of Wellington, and A. Delmonte, company director. The appeal was against a judgment given by Mr. Justice Ostler last April, the case concerning the sale of Mr Langley's jewellery business in Napier in October, 1930.
