- The late Mrs. Sarah Hurfofd Ames, by her-trill,-directed that part, of the annual income from her residuary estate is to be annually distributed to homes and other institutions in the city and suburbs of Wellington, established and conducted for the care and welfare of aged and infirm persons of either7 sex. The Public Trustee, -Who is administering Mrs. Ames's estate, is anxious to ensnre that all eligible, institutions entitled shall participate in the' bequest,and for this purpose is arranging for ap? plications on behalf of such institutions to be submitted to him.
