MAN TO STAND TRIAL

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, This Day. At tho Police Court to-day, Maurice Patrick Duffy was committed for trial for breaking and entering the Regent Theatre and stealing from a safe £.41. A Crown witness stated that Duffy told him he had hidden upstairs while the performance was on, and used detonators to blow the safe open.
