WARNING TO NEWCOMERS

The chairman of the Napier Unemployment Committee, Mr. W. E. Barnard, M.P., has issued an official warning against unemployed coining to; Napier, where, he said, there were more workless men than could' be coped with, especially in the building trades, as the result of so many outsiders, having arrived. Unemployed are consequently warned against coming to Napier.
