graph—Copyright (Received sth February, 10 a.m.)

LONDON, 4th February. Between £2,000.000,000 and £5,000,000,000 of British sayings have been lost in overseas investments during the past sixty years, said Sir Arthur Samuel at Woking. He added that every country in South America, with the exception of Argentina, was in default on its external loans.
