MELBOURNE, This Day. The creation of a corporation on the lines of a private company to control all railways in Australia is a recommendation to be considered by a conference of Railway Commissionol-;. and transport officials. The Premiers' Conference has decided to call such a conference ,in view of the fact that railway deficits are tlie greatest liabilities in most States.
