(Received sth February, 10 a.m.) / MELBOURNE, This Day. The Commonwealth Bank Board has agreed to supply £2,560,000 asked for by tho Loan Council, but only under certain conditions. These include assurances that there shall be no departures from tho Premiers' Plan in 1932-33, and that West Australia and Tasmania, which over-spent their loan allocations, will make up half of their deficit before the end of the year, the other half to be financed by the banks in response to the Loan Council's request.
