FINE AND WARM
, During the last twenty-four hours the weather ,has been fine generally throughout the Dominion, a few isolated showers only, being reported from western and far southern districts of the South Island. An anti-cyclone has now moved, on to the Dominion and has somewhat increased in , Winds, though variable, have been mostly southerly to westerly: but of little force. • ... ■

Both Wellington and Christchurch' had a fine and'sunny day yesterday,1, the wind in each place-being a light northerly. .Dunedin experienced a calm and dull day.' '. According to to-day's forecast, winds will be variable at first. But the gradual tendency will be for nbrtherlies, which may be expected to freshen later. The weather generally should be,.fair to. fine with warm temperatures.
