The marriage was celebrated on Wednesday afternoon, at St. Matthew's Church, Dunedin, of Letty, elder daughv ter of Dr. and Mrs. E. H. Williams, Dunedin, and Forbes, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. E. Dennis 0 'Borke, Hororata. The bridegroom is the grandson of tho late Sir Manrico O'Rorke, exSpeaker of the House of Bepresontatives, and nephew of Sir Heaton Bhodes, Christchurch, his mother being Sir Heaton's sister. The ceremony was performed by Bishop Bichards, assisted by the Bey. Mr. Hamblett. Mr. A. Newton was at the organ. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a beautiful gown of heavy ivory vesper satin, with a three-yards train of old lace (which had belonged to her greatgrandmother). The gown was made on simple Empire lines, with v deep cowl neck and long skirt falling in heavy folds from a fitting bodice. Her tulle veil was held in place with a narrow strand of orange blossom, and she carried a sheaf of lilies. Her sister, Miss Barbara Williams, was her only bridesmaid. She wore a short-sleeved frock of beige lace with a high waistline from which the skirt flared. At the waist was a velvet sash of caramel brown, the samo material being used for her smart "cap" hat. She"carried a bouquet of zinnias. Messrs. Miles and Henry Williams were ushers. A reception was held at the residence of the bride's parents, Mrs. Williams wearing a frock of navy georgette, with a long shoulder spray of red roses, and a navy picture hat. She carried a small posy of golden roses.
