McGowan and V. R. Gunn, 2000 shares; D. J. McGowan,-W. D. Mellor, and J. F. Sullivan, each 2000 shares; lan A. MacEwan, 10,000 shares; O. G. Lindstrom and A. S. McNaughton, each 1000 shares.
The Bank of London and South Africa has reduced iti final.dividend from 5, per cent, to 2 per cent., making 5 per' cent., less tax, for the year, againit 9 per cent., less tax.
