Blair, president of the Now Zealand Society of Civil Engineers, H. L. Cole, secretary of the society, A. J. Baker, a. member of the council of the society, W. J. Boehe. past member of the society's council, «T. R. Palmer, ex-Town Clerk, G. A. Hart, City Engineer, M. Cable, General Manager of the Tramways and Electric Lighting' Department, M. J.
