So far as the legitimate unemployed in Groat Britain are- concerned I should bo very sorry to comment adversely; on tho contrary, I believe that the legitimate British Unemployed are.as clean and wholesome aud deserving as the unemployed in any part of tho British Empire, and I regret it jf my statement conveyed any different suggestion-."
