(Eeceived sth January, 1 pirn.) ■ SYDNEY, This Day. The Seamen's Union "black" ban applied to ' the ' Union Company's Koranui was withdrawn at a special meeting to-day, the moderate elements triumphing. A similar attempt to declare black all the Union Company's fleet failed. ■ ' •
