PEKIN, 3rd January. Jfollomng the occupation of Chinchow by the Japaneso yesterday after th« withdrawal of tho Chinese garrison late on the evening of Ist January, the bulk of the Manehurian forces is reported to be concentrating on Luaa^ chow, 011 the Pekin-Mukden railway.
