WEATHER AT HOME
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, 3rd January. A rain storm ended a sharp frost in tlic south-eastern counties this morning. For a short -while a coating of ice made the roads so slippery that the traffic was'disorganised, and many minor accidents occurred. The most serious happened near Cliiehcster, when ten passengers were hurt when two niotorcoactics skidded into one .another.
