SYDNEY, 3rd January. In the grade matches the batting was of a higli class. Harris made 103 for .Manly against Petersham, and Parsonage 94 for University against North Sydney. McGilvray made 01 for Paddington against Mosman, and Brown 00 for St. George against Waverley.
Bowling: Coffey took seven wickets for 33 runs for Glebe against MarriekvilleHill took five for 64 for North Sydney agaiust University; and Nieholls five for 69 for Cumberland against Northern Districts.
