PHYSICAL FITNESS FIRST

LONDON, 3rd January,
At a dinner to the Bugby Test teams, Mr. "Walter Poarcc, president of tho Rugby Union, expressed the opinion that tho South Africans demonstrated the value and necessity of greater physical fitness. He hoped that tho lesson would be remembered. Rugby was a Spartan game, not n, mcro spectacle. It was the best antidote to the growing habit of riding and sitting about.
