DISCUSSIONS CONTINUE HONOLULU, 29th December. The Canadian and New Zealand delegations on Tuesday continued the formal discussions begun on Monday in an effort to reach a preferential trade agreement between the two DominionSj but no statement was made. The Hon. W. Downie Stewart and the Hon. H. H. Stevens on Tuesday visited the Governor. Mr. Stewart has booked a passage home by the Niagara for 13th January.
