RACING AT HASTINGS
HAWKES BAY MEETING The Hawkes Bay Jockey Club's Summer Meeting, which opens at Hastings to-morrow, has been quite well patronised by owners, and racegoers should wit ness some interesting contests. The track, as at other parts is likely to be very fast Horses expected to make creditable showings are:— Otatava Higlrweight Handkdi>: Rorj ■Mor and Tamefaerangi. Mahora Maiden: Niggerhead and Lord Aintree. Hastings Handicap: Moa Bird and Chrysology. Juvenile Handicap: Courtyard and Speed. President's Handicap: Pewa and Acrnil, \Vaipatu Hack Handicap: Cluny and Imperial Fame. Havelock Flying Handicap: fiolus Lily and San Quex. Stewards' Handicap: Great Charter and Souchong.
