ACT OF WAR ?
AERIAL BOMBARDMENT JAPANESE SQUADRON (Received 9th October, 10 a.m.) PEIPING, Bth October. A reliable foreign report states 'that twelve Japanese aeroplanes bombed Ohinchow, the temporary headquarters _f the Mukden Provincial Government, 150 miles southward of Mukden. There was considerable damage to buildings. The casualties are yet unknown. Chinese messages report that many civilians were killed in the crowded railway station.
