LONDON, Bth October. The Atlantic Fleet, headed by H.M.S. Nelson, flying the flag of tho new Com-mander-in-Chief, Admiral Sir John, Kelly, left for Rosyth to carry out tho autumn manoeuvres. Tho Fleet returns to its bases on 19th November.
