PERSONAL NOTES
Lady Roberts Lower Hutt, is a visitor to Christchurch for the Christ's College sports. Mrs. Arthur Chapman and Miss Mollie Chapman arrived in Wellington yesterday morning from Auckland, and returned to their home in Christchurch last evening. They arrived in Auckland from England by the Niagara. Mrs. Harold Blundell, Wairarapa, is spending a few days with Mrs. W. H. Price, Pipitea street, before- returning home on Sunday. Mrs. J. R. Cuningham and her daughter arrived in Wellington this morning from Christchurch, and left by the Maunganui for Australia, where they will visit Geelong. Miss Molly Bean, who has been spending several days in Wellington with Mrs. Pat Williams, Karori, returned to Christchurch last evening. Miss Ronaldson, Wellington, is a visitor to Dunedin. Mr. T. D. Burnett, M.P., and Mrs. Burnett have arrived in Wellington from Timaru. Miss Botty Hall, Wellington, has left for a visit to Masterton, where she is the guest of Miss Jessie Morrison, "Blair-Logie." Mrs. S. S. Dean, Kelburn, is the guest of her sister, Mrs. Craig, Mountain road, Auckland. Miss Kathleen Aymes, Auckland, is spending a few.weeks in Wellington. Mrs. I. E. Butcher, of Wellington, is having a very extensive tour abroad. After visiting London she left for Folkestone, arriving at Boulogne for a tour in France. Later she went to Italy, Venice, Vienna, thou through Germany and Belgium, and then back to London. A tour in England is to follow. Mrs. Gerald Rosenbaum, Lower Hutt, left to-day by the Maunganui for a holiday visit to Australia.
