LORD READING DEPARTS (British Official Wireless.) . BUGBY, 6th October. Lord Beading, accompanied by the Marchioness of Beading, Sir Frederick Leith Boss, Deputy Controller of the Treasury, Sir Wjilford Selby, and Mr. Howard Smith, of the Foreign Office, left Victoria Station, London, on Tuesday morning en route for Paris.
