NO NEED FOR LITERATURE (Received Sth October, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 7th October. It is expected that thrce-eornered contests will be reduced to a minimum and the campaign will be fought on general principles. Accordingly there will be no need of specialised literature and posters. .
