TRIBUTE TO MACDONALD SIMON'S RALLYING CALL (British Official Wireless.) (Beceived Bth October,, 1.30 p.m.) BUGBY, 7th October. Sir John Simon, chairman of tho newly formed National Liberal Organisation, in a message to his constituents, says:— Mr. Mao Donald has shown the courage which tha crisis demands, and Mr. Baldwin's willingness to stand by his side without disputing pride of place is an example to everyone, and I call upon all whom I can influence to take the same course and make a common cause against * common danger.
