DISPUTE OVER AGREEMENT
The Court o£ Appeal heard an appeal yesterday by Hamilton Andrew Hugh Gilmer, medical practitioner, of Wellington, from the judgment of Mr. Justice MacGregor in awarding, in the Supreme Court in June, £1500 to Frank Ross, aheepfarmer, of Waikanae, in a case concerning a sale and purchase agreement. Legal argument was centred principally around a default clause in the agreement, and,1, after hearing counsel, the Court reserved its decision. _~ Mr. S. A. Wiren appeared for Dr. burner and Mr. E. F. Had field for Ecisa.
