DISPUTE OVER AGREEMENT

The Court o£ Appeal heard an appeal yesterday by Hamilton Andrew Hugh Gilmer, medical practitioner, of Wellington, from the judgment of Mr. Justice MacGregor in awarding, in the Supreme Court in June, £1500 to Frank Ross, aheepfarmer, of Waikanae, in a case concerning a sale and purchase agreement.
