Cases at the Magistrate's Court■ jerfc dealt with to-day by Mr. E. Taae, S.M. Robert Frederick Torpy, alias John Ryan, aged 50, who was charged with assaulting Frederick Burnett, resisting Constable Kent, and wilfully breaking a pane o£ glass valued at 255, was remanded for one week.
