FINANCIAL STATEMENT FROM 2ZW.
By courtesy <jf the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance, the principal features of the Financial Statement to be delivered in the House of Eepresentativei this evening by the Minister of Finance (the Hon. W. Downie Stewart) will be broadcast from Station 2ZW. In addition to the Government Supplementary Budget an outline will be given of the unemployment scheme, which has been prepared: by the Right Hon. J. G. Coates, and reference is also to be made to hospital nnanc* bo far as it relates to_ outdoor relief.
