SPIRIT OF ECONOMY
MARCHING WITH TIMES
(Deceived sth October, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 4th October. An indication of tha new spirit of economy was afforded by the Second Bpitalion of the Scots Guards in moving from Aldershot to Windsor, instead of entraining as usual during exchanges of the stations, they expressed a desire to march to save expense. The Army Council accepted the offer appreciatively.
