WEDDINGS
Tbe wedding took place, recently at St.' Peter's Church, Willis' street;" of| Nora-Constance, only daughter' of Mrs! S. Wilson and tbo late, Mr*, Ko'egan, to Kaymond Dudley, only, ton; of Mn and Mrs. W. Angell, Johnsonville.' The Ko'v) M. BttlloeW officiated. The bride, who was escorted by her1 brother, Mr. Saul Kecgan, wore a frock of white Bilk net and taffeta, made with a close-fitting bodice and a full flared skirt. Her veil was held in placo by a circlet of orange blossoms, and formed a train: She carried a bouquet of pink and lavender' cyclamen. The bridesmaids, Hiss Qwcn Short and Miss Clarice Wackrow, wpre green and lavender taffetas respectively, with spring felt hats to tone. Their bouquets were of pink and lavender cyclamen. Joan Chcggwidden, a 'flower girl, wore a frock of blue net and taffeta with hat to tone. Billy Keegan was a page boy. Mr. Edgar Neal was best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at Kirkcaldie's tea-rooms. Mis. Wilson -received, wearing wine coloured chenille georgette, with a coat and hat to tone. She carried a bouquet of cyclamen and hyacinth. The bridegroom's mother wore a navy blue ensemble, and carried a bouquet of spring flowers. Later My. and Mrs. Angell left for a motor tour of tho North' Island, the bride travelling in a wine coloured ensemble. ' s The wedding took place recently at the Dutch Beform Church, at Humansdorp, South Africa, of Mr. Robert Peterson, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. 1\ L. Peterson, of Wellington, New Zealand, and Miss Diana Meyer, second daughter of My. and tbe late Mrs. Meyer, of Brandplaas, Humansdorp. The bride, who was escorted by her'father, wore a white satin beaute frock cut in straight lines, and worn over a shell-pink nnderskirt. Embossed pearl and silver env broidery in rose design below the waistline, made an effectivo finish, and a coronet of pearls and orange blossoms kept the long tulle veil in place1. She. wore also a four-tier pearl necklace, -finished at tho side with a, topaz and diamond clasp, and the bride and' bridegroom each wore a silver fern leaf, the emblem of New Zealand. The bride carried a shower bouquet of pink carnations, snowdrops, and asparagus ferns.' Little Diana. Strydom was bridesmaid, and woro a palo blue taffeta "Kate Greennwav" frock, with a band of silver loavTs in her hair, and slie carried a pale blue muff. After the reception, which was held at the house of the bride's father, the bride and bridegroom left by oar for Durban, where they intend making their home. Tho bride wore a f rodk of brown woollen crepe do chine, beige trimmed, with a long cape,1 and a close-fitting hat'to match. \
