Mr. P. Fraser (Labour, Wellington Central) gave notice to introduce the British Nationality and Status of Aliens in New Zealand Amendment Bill.
On behalf of Mr.' A. M. Samuel (Government, Thames), Mr. E. P. Bndcari (Government, Parncll) gave notice to ask the Government whether it would make provision- out of tho Unemployment Fund or otherwise for the purpose of metalling backblock xoads, on which large sums of money had already been expended on construction'work.
