Political attention reverted to Manchuria to-day, the Japanese officially announcing the renewal of disorders and the massacre of thirty Koreans near Kirin. Special detachments of Japanese troops have been dispatch* ed to quell the disturbances, whicK are reported to be increasing in seriousness. The remainder of Manchuria
is quiet. Hangchow, the capital of the Ch&« kiang Province, was the scene of a, big demonstration to-day. The miHi tary managed to maintain order.
