STATEMENT BY PREMIER
OTTAWA, Ist October.
Commenting upon the Canadian financial situation in a speech at Toronto, the Prime Minister, Mr.. R. B. Bennett, declared that Canada, would honour all her obligations in accordance with the terms of'her borrowing contracts.
