GOOD WORK DONE
(To the Editor.)
Sir,—With ■ reference,''!to "the report-in "The Post" of 25th September of the good work done for the unemployed by the Brooklyn Baptist Church Christian Endeavour Society, as one of the recipients of their kindness, I, would like to express my sincere thanks and' appreciation. The majority, of the men catered for are without Any shelter from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m., and the closing of this mission will compel them to wait about the streets all day, wet or fine. The men do not want to impose too great a sfrain on these good folk, but I feel sure the promoters would gladly carry on _if the necessary assistance were forthcoming. Surely there are some people who can afford to emulate the good example of those who have hitherto helped to carry on this good work.—l am, etC> RELIEF WORKER.
