SKELTON, FROSTICK AFFAIRS.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, 30th September. An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholderß of" Skelton, Frostick,. and Company, Ltd.> boot manufacturers, which ■was held to-day, decided that the concern should go into voluntary liquidation. 1 The" following "extraordinary resolution was carried: "That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue to carry on its business, and that it is advisable to wind.up. the *ame, and'accordingly that the company be wound up: voluntarily, and that Harry Burrows. Duckworth, of Christchuich, and J. Mawson Stewart, of Christchurch, be and are hereby appointed liquidators of the company for the purpose of such winding up." ;
