PROCEEDINGS DISMISSED
CONDUCT OF A CREW
(Received 11th May, 8 a.m.) MADRID, 9th May. The Supreme Court released General Berenguer, dismissing tho application authorising proceedings against Mm in connection with his actions during the Dictatorship. The entire crew of tho battleship Jaime the First marched to tho Town Hall at Ferrol and complained of the food and the high-handedness of the second officer. The Mayor telegraphed to Madrid for instructions, whereupon the crew were arrested en. bloc and charged wtih mutiny.
