(Received 12th February, 9 a.m.) SHANGHAI, 11th February. * Tho Chinese vessel Hsin Ning Tai was pirated a few miles from Shanghai, en route from Haimen. Boarding the vessel disguised as passengers with pistols concealed under the wings of geese, which they stated were saleable here, while passing the islands of the Tangtse Delta, the pirates suddenly fired on the military guard aboard, killing four soldiers and one ship's officer. They then looted the vessel, carrying off eighteen Chinose passengers in a junk. . . - ;
