TRAMWAYMEN DISAPPROVE

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHUKCH, 10th Feb. By a majority of five to one the Christchurch Tramwayinen's Union has decided against the Tramway Board's ! proposal to institute rationing of work on the basis of one day off in four ivceks. The decision was reached by ballot. Already a, number of employees had boon dismissed, and their reinstatement depended on the union's decision. They will not now be reinstated.
